  • Responsible for building and managing the relationship with customers to achieve the goals and objectives identified by the client and meets / exceeding sales target.
  • Proactively identify opportunities / new sales lead, understand customer requirements, prepare quotation, follow up and monitor closely to win deals
  • Be able to demonstrate product in effective way to client.
  • Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs
  • Collaborates with internal teams to optimize user experience in all company’s websites and digital sites.
  • Ensure client are happy with product and services
  • Record all activities in CRM system and ensure KPI are met
  • Promoting Medical Equipment - Be able to join Doctors in OT rooms to demonstrate and guide on the usage of the products (Preferred)
  • Sales experience in Medical Equipment especially with Government and Private Hospital will have an added advantage
  • Good English and Bahasa communication skills
  • Must have a strong negotiation skill and good presentation skills
  • Able to work independently and have a strong interpersonal and communication skills with pleasant personality
  • Willing to travel.

Biomedical Technician

A Biomedical Technician must ensure the medical equipments are in good working condition. You must be able to install, repair and conduct preventive maintenance on our medical equipments so that we can provide the best healthcare facilities to hospitals or medical centre. (Training will be provided)

  • Good experience undertaking leak test, cleaning scope, troubleshooting and repairing the medical equipment (bronchoscope, ENT endoscope, cytoscope, ureteroscope, scivita one use endoscope) before sending it to client.
  • To assist sales team liaising with hospitals/specialist centres.
  • To work closely with Marketing/Sales Team to understand the benefits and use of medical devices as well as supporting workshops and launch of new products, roadshow and other sales leads.
  • To provide product technical support in Operating Theatre cases.
  • To participate in the medical conference/events to promote our medical equipment
  • Having a GDL driving license is an added advantage.
  • Preferably a diploma or bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering/technology or in a related field.
  • Preferably with one (1) year experience in bio-medical industry
  • Good knowledge of the structure, maintenance and uses of biomedical equipment.
  • Reasonable machinery repairing skills and attention to detailed observation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Willing to consistently learn and upgrade the knowledge and expertise on medical equipment.
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced medical environment
  • Fresh graduate encouraged to apply
