Sales Executive
Role and Responsibility
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Negotiate and close deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Attend industry events and trade shows to build relationships and stay up-to-date on industry trends
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Must be willing to travel
- Ability to work under pressure
- Familiarity with endoscope products and accessories is a plus
- Knowledge of endoscope rental and repair services is a plus
- We encourage fresh graduates to apply, although 1 year of experience in sales in the medical equipment industry is a plus
Technician
Role and Responsibility
- Learn, operate and repair Medical Equipment.
- Train customers on the usage of Medical Equipment
- Be standby and provide guide when Equipment is being used
- Communicate and manage customers’ requirements
- Very proactive and vendor-centric mind-set.
Requirements
- Certificate / Diploma in Any Field
- Candidate must be able to communicate in English & Malay.
- Candidate must possess Driving License ( B2 and D )
- Be ready to work on Weekend or Public Holidays (If required only)
Internship
Role and Responsibility
- Assisting department heads and team members with day-to-day tasks and projects
- Participating in meetings and taking notes
- Conducting research and analysis as needed
- Helping with administrative and organizational tasks
- Learning about the industry and company operations
- Any other tasks as assigned

- Currently enrolled in a related field of study
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong desire to learn and grow
