A. 206JT Series PCNL Renal Dilatation Kit

Description :

It is a complete renal dilatation kit to sequentially dilate the nephrostomy tract for MPCNL (mini percutaneous nephrostomy), including, a puncture needle, a guide wire, a lacerable renal sheath, part 8/10/12/14/16/18/20/22Fr dilators, and an optional detachable Y shape connector.

• Firm and kink resistant stainless steel guide wire, never lose the tract.
• Soft distal tip, less injury to the renal parenchyma.
• Graduated dilators set from Diameter 8Fr to 22Fr.
• Calibration printed firmly on dilators’ body for access depth control.
• All the dilators and sheath are visible under fluoroscopy and B-Scan.
• Specially designed dilatation tubes provide good handling feel, less friction force, and minimize tissue damage.
• PTFE sheath that is easily to be lubricated, it has smooth inner wall that won’t hurt the instrument and smooth outer that won’t hurt the human tissue.
• Lacerable renal sheath, could be teared and removed easily by pulling the two ears on the sheath head as photo below.

B. Recommended Y Shape Sheath Connector

Y Shape Connector provides an additional bypass channel to discharge liquid and stones while the stone breaking is going on, thus to avoid disturbing the main channel that there is endoscope.

It is specially designed to accelerate the small stones discharging by adding suction from the bypass channel.

There is a ventilating slot on the connector to adjust the inner air pressure by doctor’s discretion, also there is a sealing ring on the main channel to prevent the liquid leakage.
