203 Series Disposable Ureteral Stent
Description :
After the RIRS or PCNL procedure, a temporary stent is mostly reserved for several weeks to guide the ureter drainage and stone discharging, to prevent the new stone formation.
- Biocompatible polyurethane (PU) that softens >35% at body temperature, which will promote greater patient tolerability.
- Hydrophilic surface that facilitates navigation of strictures.
- Small holes on the stent walls to facilitate the drainage.
- Graduated circumferential markings every 5cm along the stent body.
- High retention pigtail shape tails reduces potential stent movement.
- Tapered tips that facilitate accessing the ureteral orifice.
- Clear development under fluoroscopy.

Type A Triangular Prism Stent
Triangle Prism structure design and concave surface.
- Bigger space reserved between the stent and the ureter that promotes drainage.
- Less contact between the stent and the ureter that will reduce the adhesion and facilitate ease of removal.
Type B Cylindrical Stent
- Larger inner lumen and thinner stent wall design to promote the drainage.
- Cylindrical body matching to the ureter reduces the foreign body sensation.
